Cell Phone Home Page Question

this may be in the wrong forum completely but i have to ask just in case. i have a bunch o chrome books and one cellphone chrome books are not on the phone. when i log on with any of the chrome books i get my home page no matter what book i'm on is it possible to get the phone to do the same. i did manage to get my email on it but i can see the home page. maybe this is not possible. if this is in the wrong forum and anyone can direct me to the correct forum i would appreciate that then phone i use is metro psc kyocera phone.

If the phone is an Android device, install Google Chrome. You should then be able to sync the phone and the Chromebooks so that they all have the same start page as well as bookmarks and other settings.
