Change Android OS

Hello everyone... I was wondering if there is a way for my Androud tablet to run like a PC??
For example being able to open and use ".exe" files??? I screenshot my info....

Sorry, but no. The Android OS is completely different from Windows. You cannot open nor use EXE files with it.

ok, thanks... How can I get itunes to work on my device? I have tried all the apps but none seem to work or compatible...
