Change of location. Does it affect the tablet?

Hi,

I'm new to tablets and not that tech savvy. Have a quick question. I reside in Canada and I just bought a Motorola Xoom, MZ604 from Dubai (Middle East). I've been using it here for a couple of days and I've realized that the Android Market is quite different than the one back home. It only carriers free apps and has no visible paid section or movies or books section.

My question is, once I take this tablet to Canada will I get access to everything in the Android Market..? Or do the tablets come pre-configured for the place where they are sold?

You may need to do the "Market Fix" to clear the cache and refresh with your new locale. I have to be honest, I have heard some locations have different constraints. but that is all I have heard.
