I got this tablet as a birthday present. It came with almost no information about what type of tablet it was in the box. I found it online and this was the name of it: Android 4.0 OS 10" MID Tablet PC VC0882I charged it over night, all night. and This morning I took it to school with me and it would not power on. I can power it on when it's charging, but it says charging 0% and it stays at 0% no matter how long it charges for. As soon as I unplug the charger, it shuts off. I have already factory reset it once and it didn't fix anything. I can't find the solution to my problem anywhere. Please help me out.

Sounds like bad battery, you most likely need to return it.
How are you charging it? from pc or wall outlet? try both methods.

you would have to return it to the place you bought it from.

Or maybe the battery has a plug that's loose?

It could be your cord too I had problems like this and had to by a new one
