Hey guys, I had given my mom one of these for Christmas last year and it has been working great up until now. She can't seem to get it to charge. I have been messing around with it and I can't get it to either. When I try to start it, there is a message that pops up on the tablet that says "battery capacity is low, shutdown in..." and it counts down from 5 until 0 then shuts off. I have tried numerous outlets and flipped the charger all different ways, but the light doesn't turn on at all. Sometimes when I pull the charger out really slowly though, the charging light comes on for like a split second. This gives me just the slightest hope that it's just the charger rather than the tablet. What do you guys think? Any advice for me? and is there a way to charge it through a USB at all? Thanks!
