Can chrome be uninstalled, if so how? Thank you in advance for any help
You have a Transformer, which means that if you have Chrome you installed it, so yes, it can be uninstalled. Go to the app drawer, (little squares upper right) find it and long press the icon, then drag it to the remove/uninstall symbol that appears at the top of the screen.
If, on the other hand, you are referring to the default browser, which is only a kissing cousin, the answer is no.

When I go to apps in settings it says uninstall updates, which I want it all off. I did download chrome.thanks

Re read what I said. Nothing there about going to settings - apps.

I did as you suggested and it will only uninstall updates, anything else I can try? I'm new at this. Thanks

If you went to the app drawer, NOT SETTINGS, and held the icon and dragged it to remove at the top of the screen it WILL uninstall the app. If you go to settings - apps it will only uninstall updates. Try again.
