COBY 7015 having issues installing gingerbread (12 step method)

Ok I'm trying to do this and I am having major problems with FWDN. I have the driver installed and it shows up under USB controllers in device manager. WHen I connect my Coby to FWDN and try to connect, the COBY still says Fastboot mode, Please connect USB to PC or reset the Device. The driver is coming up as Telechips TCC89xx. The FWDN program's box that comes up when you hit start (after adding the files just like the picture) and says "UBS(USB supporter) load complete! - (Osec 18). It a one liner and that's all. I've been trying this thing for days. Can someone please help. I'm not a noobie with Android and rooting so the basics I've covered.

I'm already rooted with the 2.1 honeycomb hybrid.

press power+home to go into FWDN mode on the tablet
