coby 7016 no sound

Hi, i have a tablet coby mid 7016 and since quiete a long time the speaker is not working.
I tryed so far: reset, restore and re-installing the OS several times. stil the speaker is the only thing it doesn't work.
does anybody knows why? what can I do?

If the speaker on the tablet don't work you should have return it, by re-install the os will not change the speaker do the earphones work if so then just use that or return it if you can or it might be a damage speaker.then you have to find someone to repair it at a cost
