coby 7016 or 7024? help to decide

I have been looking for Coby tablets and found Coby Kyros 7024 which has Android 2.2 and 1GHz procesor. After I found Coby Kyros 7016 which is new and has no Amazon readers comments; it has Android 2.3 and 800MHz processor.
What is more important: Operating System or processor's speed?

Please help me to decide.

As for processor speed, 3D games and video seem to be the most demanding. May depend on what you use your tablet for.
