hi,can someone help me with this tablet,i got it a few weeks ago in america,im just getting to know how to use it and im loving it,but today i am having a problem,i pressed the power button,on the screen it has come up with android,it usually then goes to my main screen so i can unlock it,but not today,its only gone and decided to freeze on android and it wont turn off!does anyone know what i should do please?
