Coby Kyros mid7022 Rooting help PLEASE!!!!!!

Hi i am have alot of trouble rooting my kyros mis7022 tablet. I mean, i dont known where to start. I have tried everything. One-click rooting apps and manually. I am going to try to go manual rooting again. I move update.zip and superuser to root but whenever i come to the android character with the ! next to it i press the back button and when i try to install clockwork it says "cant mount sd card "or somthing like that please help i am new to this.

I recently rooted mine (7022) used super one-click root. Did you downlowd super one click to your computer?

No i didnt i did it all on my kyros

I'm trying to do this now... have found the YouTube instructions but can't find the .zip files we need in order to proceed
