I checked this Coby Accessories forum section and noticed no one had posted anything on the Kyros MID7034-4 as far as cases go.
I took a chance on a no-brand portfolio style case found on ebay (from China):
New Universal 360°ROTATABLE Adjustable PU Leather Case Cover for 7' Tablet PC B | eBay
And here's my Kyros in it:

It's a good viewing angle in landscape, but since it's not a very rigid case, it can't really attempt near 90 degree angle (the tablet ends up being a bit heavy in that portrait-style). Portrait is okay but you flatten the viewing angle (I hope that made sense
).
