Coby Kyros mid7127 lost-password

I got a two of the Coby Mid7127 for my kids and my daughter has forgot her password. Can anyone help reset to factory or get around the password. I contacted Coby but they said it's defective send it back to us, we'll it's not defective I just don't know the password. Thanks
