coby mid 7035, I need a hand :-)

Hi in a few lines I will try to explain and ask for advises.
My brother has a Coby Kyros mid 7035, yes what a crap !!!
He tried to rooted it, as you can imagine with no success. Now it ´s not booting.
It hangs on the Coby logo. I attempt to install the original firmware, I found a dump on the internet (zip file), booting in recovery mode and copying the dump file on the SD, unfortunately in the install process I got this error message:

" e:signature verification failed "

Of course I Wiped partition, reset factory and so on...

This is just a guess but it sounds as if the zip file was either the wrong one for your model or somehow corrupted.

Look in the development subforum. We have a pair of dumps there along with a link to instructions on how to restore them.
