Coby MID7024 android 2.2 to gingerbread 2.3.1

Hi I just bought the new MID7024 with android 2.2 and I am trying to install Gingerbread 2.3.1, I know nothing about android tablets so I'm new to this forum. After searching through the net I ran accross solutions for the model 7015/7015A, can I try it for my 7024,if not, can somebody help me!!!!!

Too bad no one have answer this, I'm trying to do exactly the same with my MID7024 and I can't get to any good forum with right info on how to do it. have you found any good one, if you have, can you share this links with me. Thanks

All the answers you seek are here on the Coby Generation 2 forum. I just updated to GB on my 7024 last night and it is AWESOME.

problem with threads like this one is.... that(gingerbread) wasn't available then and now it is so answer seems obvious.
