Colby 7022 market is blank, can't download nothing

Bought the Colby 7022 for my daughtar christmas present. Before I gave it to her I downloaded few games for her, wrapped it up for christmas. When she opened it on christmas day she was very happy but when we went to download more games the screen was blank. Did reset on it, nothing. What to do?? I have not rooted it or nothing it is factory set. Still reading up process on rooting and such
