comtiva n700 tablet

hello was wondering if anyone can help me i have a commtiva n700 and i am having trouble with it the tablet is plugged in and charging but i am unable to turn it on. i have used a pin for the reset button and still nothing. is there any other way to reset/reboot the device.

help needed please will be appreciated
