Connect GT to Mac?

How do I connect the Galaxy Tab by USB to transfer movies and such to it?
When I plug it in, I don't get and "Mass Storage" to approve, I just get a cryptic message about changing USB settings under Wireless. But the USB area under Wireless is grey'ed out, so...
(I had not expected *this* part to be tricky!)

You need to disconnect the USB cable for the USB option to be enabled. Yes, it bit me too.

Update:
dang, I thought that if I uploaded ebooks (pdf and epub) to the Aldiko folder, Aldiko would see them in its library... ?

Update later:
Ah, I forgot to RTFM... sorry. You have to put ePub files (only epub), in the Import folder in the ebooks folder, and then use the Import command in Aldiko. Not exactly intuitive, but it works.
