connecting to mifi

I am having trouble connecting the Andi 7 to my home Virgin Mobile mifi. Is there something I need to do so it picks it up? On the screen it says....scanning.... authenticating.....disconnected. It will work with other wireless internets, but not mine at home. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
 
I had the same problem with my Toshiba Thrive. I thought that I had created my own password when I set up the MiFi which gave me the same scanning/disconnecting message you have when I entered it. So out of curiosity I entered the password on the back of my MiFi and it connected. Hope this works for you!
