connecting usb/external hard drive to tablet

i have recent purchased a zenithink v2 zt-180 tablet, i was just wondering if anyone can help me in trying to mount a usb or get a file manager or any app that will detect my hard drive and allow me to browse the files on it.

The device has to have USB hosting capabilities. If its a portable non powered external then it has to be less than about 79gb. Any hard drive bigger than that and it must have its own power source. You also need to use an otg cable (hard to find)
