Connection VIA USB Problems

Hi i own a SuperPad 2 Flytouch 3 and i cant connect it via usb to my vista 32bit laptop or my W7 desktop , anyone can give me instructions what driers i need to install to the pad or to my computer?
PS : When i plug the pad nothing happens , absolutely no autorun. So i think an .inf and a .sys file will do but i need instructions i am new to this.

WE have exactly the same problem for a Windows XP computer and Windows 7 64 bit, urgently need help also

YOU MUST HAVE A 32BIT COMPUTER OR THIS WILL NOT WORK.

Download burntool and when the dialog pops up about the drivers for the flytouch, install them from the folder in the burntool folder.

Edit: If nothing pops up, plug it into a different port or go to device manager and install it there
