Convert windows to lollipop on sansui etab wib1000

Please can someone assist. I'm not too deep in IT, but can do well. I have a Sansui Lifetab ETAB WIB1000.
I bought is with windows 8.1, but NOT cool at all. OS taking all space. From so called 16gb hd only have +-1.2gb available, only got os and office365 on it. it's got 1.33ghz intel atom quadcore cpu, 32-bit with x64 based processor. I thought it windows would be ok on this for my work, BUT NO!!!!!!! what were they thinking????
I want to convert to android, which is much more user friendly and can handle space better(according to my experience).
Please can someone help me. I'm really desperate.

I'm guessing it wasn't new when you bought it because that tablet was supposed to be an Android tablet, formally a Coby Kyros branded tablet as best as I can tell.

It was unfortunately a new one, from a local audio/visual store.
