Could Not Access Storage Setting After Rooting Tablet

Went to setting>storage but a window pop up saying "Unfortunately, setting has stopped."
Try to download app from Play store but the download meter just keep running and no apps were downloaded
Tried Gallery and it says "No Storage. No external storage available"
Please let me know what can i do?
do i need to reroot/reflash my tablet again? If so how shld i do?
