Cracked screen on my Sylvania 7"

Anyway to fix a cracked screen? The tablet boots up ok but no touch response after cracking.

Try a place for phone repair, one that fixes iPhones and the like.

There is no way of fixing a broken screen. Even DigitalGadgets (the tablet vendor) does not have replacement parts for these tablets. You can hook up a mouse and use it that way.
