I have a toshiba thrive. When my screen cracked I went to Toshiba who wanred to charge over $350 to replace. I researched the web and located a site that sold the screen for $60, and found a youtube video that gave step by step instructions. Suggest you google your model name + craked screen and see what you come up with. Bottom line is it can be done.
