Craig recovery Menu

I managed to get a screwed up update.img on my device and it fails during the update process.

I get a "Android system recovery Utility v1.3.28" Menu

With the options of

Reboot system Now
Factory reset
System recover
Update from SDCARD
Update from uDisk

I would like to "Update from SDCard" but I can't get the selection to change from "Reboot system now". The only button that seems to do anything is the Menu button which reboots the system.

Any ideas on how I can navigate this menu?

just use Volume buttons on the right top of the device as arrows and menue button on the front panel as OK
