Use a Micro SD card. You can make a folder on the sd card and transfer file to it by using your computer or using your usb cable that came with the tablet. But just using your SD card to transfer file is easier if your just learning. Once its on your micro sd card your tablet will pick it up once it boots back up with the sd card in it.
