crystalview epad

i have a crystalview epad android 2.1 that came loaded with appslib but when i try to go to appslib i get server error please try later have had this issue for a few months now i have talked to technical support they said they did not know what was wrong with it tried re downloading from appslib but it is only 2.0 on there site any one can help me would greatly be appreciated thankyou
