Cube u35gt Battery Replacement

Hi

My cube u35gt has recently decided that iut will only hold 35 ish minutes worth of charge on a full charge. i've been looking and i can get a 5000 or 6000 mah battery over the std 4000 one.

My issue is that my battery has 4 wires 1x red 1x yellow 2x black. All of the ebay batterys are 2 wires only.

Can anyone help please

I had the same problem as your : my battery is now out of order. I'm trying to find a 4000 mAh battery to replace for my U35GT tablet with a 4 wiring config (red, yellow, black and black). Did you succeed in finding it on the net ?

Hi,

Same here. After 18 months, battery was almost dead (about 30 min full charge).
I've order from china a 6000mAh / 3.7V compatible battery. Original battery was 4 wires. The new one only 2.
I've checked the voltage between :
yellow and black : 0V
red and black : 3.9V
So I conclude that yellow and black wire could be considered as the same wire.
To summarize :
- connect red wire of the new battery, to red wire of the old one
- connect black wire of the new battery, to both black + yellow of the old one.
and this is working !!!!
