CUBE U6 Firmware! How to update and where to download?

Hi guys,
So I'm new at these forums and have a slight problem with my Cube U6. At it's current state it's very laggy, unresponsive and just overall slow.
So I thought I'd try to update my firmware on it. I downloaded the firmware from here:
CUBE U6 First Firmware : CUBE U6

But how do I use the FWDN-program? Does the tablet have to be in recovery-mode or something, and if so, how do I get it into the correct state?
Also, is there any newere firmware then the one I just linked to?
