CUBE U9MID need firmware update

Hi all
I have a boot error occurring on my new tableb CUBE U9MID. Do you know how which is the key combination to start the tablet in RESET MODE in order to upgrade to latest firmware?

ummm, unfortunately I've got the U9 MID model having the Rockchip 2818. Does anyone know how to set it in RESET boot mode has I need to recover from the error showing a popup "Android.process.acore stopped..." at startup blocking any usage of my tablet, please?

I have a problem with my tablet, i can not see the screen somehow it turned on automaticaly and it work but now again i can not see the screen but i hear the sound does anyone know how i can reset or turn it off completely so i can boot up again so i can have my screen back again?
