CWM file structure and restore files 9742

Hi all

I was having trouble with the internal storage being unavailable/unmounted when using MobizV2.
Long and short of it is, I have formatted my ext SD card and system so I cant boot and I have deleted my restore and stock recovery files from my ext SD.

Can I recreate the CWM file structure manually and put my stock_recovery.img (still have this on my pc) image where it should be and do a factory reset?
would try this but I dont know what the file structure should look like, if someone could screen grab/document this for me that would be great.
or
Could I do the same with restore files from another 9742? (if so could someone upload a restore point for a stock 9742?)

I have a nandroid backup of my 9742 in the System Dump list. You can try to restore using it, but if Coby changed the hardware that could cause issues.
