Received new Cyclone Astro + (ICS s/ware)on Monday. When I connect to PC , using either, XP , Vista and Windows, get message "One of the uSB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognise it."
The tablet itself operates fully. Any ideas please?
