Hi, Im new to this.
Think ive buggered my device up.
I recently bought a new Flypad Superpad 6, 10.2 screen running on gingerbread so ive been told.
I went for the 16gb memory version.
Everytime i tried to install an app it came up with the message insufficient disk space..
I checked mt internal memory but i still had 13.75gb available.
I played around with it but eventually opted to press the factory reset button, and tried to start from scratch.
Now my internal memory states
total space- unavailable
available space- unavailable
remaining space-00
internal device storage states
available 683 mb
I have no SD Card installed, only the 16gb internal drive
the android version is 2.3
model number MID
now everytime i go to download an app, Facebook, games etc it comes up with the message insufficient space on this device..
Can anyone help?
I bought this for my daughter for her birthday and now think ive totally messed up.
I have tried getting in touch with the people off Ebay where i purchased it, but with still no reply after two weeks im giving up on ever getting one.
Ive tried to include as much info as i know.
Help please..
