I have a Yarvik tablet 4.1. We set it up and it was working fine,until today. All I can get is the BT Open Zone.com 'site, when I tried to access my server, it just said problem with authentatation, so I can't access my emails or get on the web. I first had this problem when we first bought the tablet, was just getting this advertisement for BT. But I thought we had cured it. Any help please. Thank you.

You didn't say how you are trying to access the Internet. If it's a WiFi router I have a link ion my signatirte with some tips on how to solve some problems. It may only be a matter of restarting your router and/or your tablet.

Thank you. I've been trying to access the Internet by clicking on the talk talk list, but it just says authentication problems. It also says problems with the security certificate. Thank you for your help.

I'm not understanding talk talk. Is that an app? Are you able to browse the Internet otherwise?
