Did a Factory Item, I am BRICKED!!!

Folks, I just did a factory update this evening and after the installation my unit is barely responsive. The touchscreen no longer works except for a couple of buttons like Music and Volume. Have tried the 3 finger reset but the unit never goes to the INFOTMIC screen and beyond. I am very unhappy after getting it so optimized and finally even able to download.
ANY IDEAS! I am at a loss.

Never Mind, somehow the touch screen calibration got all screwy. I did notice that I had touch capability along one side so I managed to get to Settings and did a recalibration of the screen. All works as before now. I had done a calibration after the upload cause I had noticed some slight difficulty with the touchscreen. Maybe I forgot to save my calibrations the first time around??? Anyway, second time is a charm and my little gem is sparkling again. Good Night Friends.
