Disgo 6000 - Touch screen, Motherboard and LCD Screen connector

I have a component from my Disgo 6000 that connects the motherboard via a ribbon connection to another circuit board which then connects to a 4 wire touch screen and then has a two pin power connection for the LCD screen.

What is this component called?
Where can i buy a replacement
What could i use instead?

Any help appreciated.
