Disgo Tablet 8100 Frozen on Disgo Logo

My parents bought me and Disgo Tablet 8100 for my birthday in Janurary and by late Feb, i had sent it back becasue there was faults such as freezing, turning it self off when ever connected to charger. I received and new tablet in back in mid March.

It had similar problems but less frequent and recently i reset it to the factory data becasue it was running slow.
When turn back on the keyboard refused to work, I reset by the power button and when it came on i plugged the charger in and the battery had a red 'X' on it even though its got half battery.

Now the tablet will not go pass the Disgo Logo and usually it stays on that for under and minute and changes to the Android animation, but i am unsure what to do. I believe the online store will not take it back as its past the 30 day return policy but i have a year warranty, Can anyone give me advice on what to do? Thanks
