Does PIPO M9 support headset or external microphone?

After looking at the currently available tablets I narrowed my choice to the PIPO M9 and CUBE. I'm leaning towards the M9 and want to know if a headset or external microphone is supported. I plan on using SKYPE. Also can I uses Google Voice on either one?
