Oracles Java Virtual Machine is infamous for it's lax security. The threats are often monstrous and Oracles update schedule slow to respond. Does the Dalvik VM suffer the same problems? I never hear much about the DVM even though it's probably more prevalent today than the JVM. I don't know how closely DVM development parallels JVM development.
Does the Dalvik Virtual Machine have the same security problems as Oracles JVM ?
