Drawing on galaxy tab 3 8.0

Hey guys I think im buying the samsung galaxy tab 3 8.0 and I really like it so I wanted to ask if I can draw on it like a wacom tablet I know its not the same but if I download an app and try to connect it to the computer with usb can it be almost the same? Also which pen I could use for drawing on the tab 3 8.0 ?

It really can't be anything like a graphics tablet. Even if you were to buy a Wacom enabled Android tablet it really isn't like a graphics tablet. The resolution of the digitizer is too low. You can use a capacitive stylus on the Galaxy Tab 3 but it will do little more than improve accuracy over finger input.
