Dropped My Tablet

Hi so my dad brought me an MID Android PC Tablet Off Of Amazon, So i dropped it by accident and when i went to charge it and turn it on the screen was black. Like it comes on and the screen is black and then it turns blue. I'm guessing its doing that because i dropped it, i went to amazon and looked through my user manual, basically i'm screwed with wanting help from them. i just want to know if there is anyway to fix this or do i have to buy a whole new tablet.

How do you do a hard reset?
i see no reset button on my tablet

Also i'm seeing i will have to be able to use my tablet to do this hard reset, which is unfortunate because my screen is completely shot and i am not able to do anything.
It starts up like its coming on and instead of showing the green android robot my screen is black and then it turns blue and back to black, so should i give up or is there still hope?
