Hello mates! New to this forum and have a cereal (serious) problem! I bought a tablet for my stepfather, the Eken T10a, and it randomly shuts off when I turn off the screen and turn it back on. Sometimes, it is able to wake fine but other times it tweaks out and shuts off when I wake it. I tried opening it up and first thing I noticed was that the battery was just loose and flying all over the place. So I tightened it up more with some tape (which is what seems to be used a lot in here). Still having the problem. Any ideas?
