Elocity a7

I recently purchased the Elocity A7 tablet and am new to the android community. I have been having trouble installing apps, videos and music to my A7.
I have tried going through the available manuals which are very vague and contacting tech support and after 2 weeks without a call back have given up. i have used tips from forums as well with no success.
Is it me or is it my A7, please help

Forget about tech support from Elocity/ Screen Tv. Try the xda developers website and search for Elocity a7. That site has helped me more than any other with my tablet.
