elocity android 7" - Can't Connect to WiFi

I bought an Elocity Android Notebook and I cannot get it to connect to the server. I have a belkin wireless router and a new computer. I had a linksys router and I couldn't connect to the server on that either. Could my settings in the notebook be off or something? I have tried everything. I do not know what I am doing wrong. I don't know anything about this notebook and when I have tried to call to have someone help me, they don't know anything about Elocity. I don't know how to go in and change settings. Please help. Thanks
