I have this little ematic 4.3 touch screen internet media player. It belongs to my son who just bought it Saturday. We do not know anything about it and are having problems getting information on setting it up. How do we get apps on it and why are we having problems with tethering it to the computer. It says it is defective and needs to be reinstalled or returned. I do not know anything about this device and could use all the help possible.
