epad android 2.1 help

I have been given 2 x epad's both with problems one won't load just shows android writing then won't boot and other one battery keeps losing charge and needs wiping should I try to get fixed or are they that old they just need the bin???? Please help me !!!!

Hi littlenicnac, congratulations on your new tablets and welcome to the forum. Nice of you to become a member of Android Tablets. I'd suggest you try a factory reset of both tablets and see where that leads you.
