I had (briefly) a B&N Color Nook that I returned. I kept the screen protector and it fits the S7 like a glove - about 1/16" larger on all four sides than the LCD of the S7 and it was very easy to place.
It's anti-glare with a matte finish and does not appear to affect the sensitivity of the screen. It's the "Anti-Glare Screen Protector Kit" made for the Nook color and you get two protectors for $16.95. Can pick up in brick&mortar store or at nook.com
