I'm having a Dragon Touch 9.0 inch tablet, you can see the specs through this link

I've made internal factory reset and from then when I start it up it shows andriod logo, company logo and letters showing android and it won't process any further. It get's stucked up there.
So I thought of performing a factory reset using the button combinations I have read over this forum. I've tried it and am able to see the factory reset warning logo of android as shown in the attachments. But I'm unable to get any options to move any further. Can anyone please help me with this ?
