file deletion

i have an acer iconia a500 and it runs honeycomb and i download video files and i cannot figure how to delete them i am new to android but have windows / linux experience i feel kinda dumb aasking such a newbie question but i'm lost

i am having the same difficulties. Has anyone discovered how to do this? How do I delete videos from the video file folders?

Navigate to the folder the files reside in, I would suggest using ES File Explorer which is free, long press on the file you want to get rid of and select delete from the menu options.
